In a society of constant possibilities and comparisons, we are here to remember that often "less is more."
We need time to assimilate and savor what we've experienced; it's an essential part of a full life and good physical and mental health. Life is the journey, not the goal; it's full of processes that cannot be accelerated. Forcing these processes is trying to go against nature.
In fact, we live disconnected from our nature. We don't live within it, but many of us flee to protect ourselves under its mantle seeking a safe space where we can return to our natural rhythm, because nowadays, everything is accelerated.
We only react when pain, anxiety arises… looking for quick and isolated solutions.
We need to understand well-being from a holistic perspective. A well-being influenced by biological, psychological, and social factors, where mind and body are connected in both directions. During this experience we will give these connections meaning.

On one hand, from the physical plane, we'll navigate the brain’s maps of movement through the teachings of yoga and applied neurology to unlock new possibilities. Movement is complex, and pain is even more so. It's time to know your nervous system.
On the other hand, through psychology, we will delve into the concept of mental patterns so you can make sense of your life story with one essential goal: to accept us and other people.

All levels are welcome. Different options are provided to meet people’s needs. The practice will be more smooth though if you move regularly.

Pain is complex and pain experience is different from person to person. To make sure you can enjoy the event, contact us.
Bear in mind that you will learn to approach pain in a different way.

No, your well-being is the priority, each person has their own rhythm and chooses their level of involvement. By no means you will be forced to take part in the sessions.

The price is 97,00€. However we do offer a price for early bird booking of 82,00€ which ends on August 15.

You just need to bring comfortable clothing that allows you to move freely and feel comfortable throughout the day. All the necessary equipment for the practice will be provided; however, you are free to bring your own mat.

No refunds are issued for customer cancellations. However, it is possible for you to cede the spot to another person (friend, family member, etc.).
If the organization cancels due to force majeure, the full amount will be refunded.
